I can’t log in to Nightfox HQ.

Nightfox HQ currently supports Google Authentication. You’ll need to create a Google account if you haven’t already done so.

If your browser blocks third-party cookies, you may be unable to login. Try disabling blocking third-party cookies, or add www.nightfoxaudio.com to your allowlist.

Some customers may have issues with signing in if they have Google Passkeys enabled. Our identity provider, Auth0, does not currently support Google Passkeys, though we are hoping they will do so soon. In the meantime, you can disable Passkeys by accessing your Google Account settings and selecting the Security tab. Then scroll down to "skip passwords when possible" and turn that setting off.
