No, absolutely not. Fender Guitars don't own Jimi Hendrix' solos just because he played them on a Stratocaster. As stated in our Licensing Agreement, Nightfox Audio makes no claims to any media you make using our products. However, if you’re stealing our products or otherwise violating our terms of service, we reserve the right to hold you responsible, including the possibility of legal action.
