How to Redeem and Download Your Product

Thanks for purchasing a product from Nightfox Audio! Here’s how to redeem your code and get up and running:

Step 1: Locate Your Product Code

You should have received a product code via email immediately after purchase. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder, or contact us and we’ll help you out.

Step 2: Redeem Your Code

Go to stacks.audio/redeem.

If you don’t already have a STACKS account, you’ll be prompted to create one so we know who to assign your license to. Once you’re logged in, enter your product code in the “Redeem” field. The product will automatically be added to your Stack.

Step 3: Download STACKS

To access your products, download the free STACKS desktop app for Mac or Windows from the Downloads page. This app is your hub for:

• Viewing all your licensed products
• Starting free trials
• Downloading and installing plugins
• Keeping everything up to date

Once installed, open your plugin inside your DAW and start exploring. Whether you’re making dramatic sweeps, subtle shifts, or experimental textures, we’d love to hear what you create!
