What is your return policy?
If you’re dissatisfied with a purchase you’ve made from us, please reach out to [email protected] and we’ll work with you to make it right. If necessary, we will process refunds if a request is made within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days have passed, refunds are not available, per our policy.
If you purchased your product or subscription from a retailer, you will have to go through them to receive a refund - we are unable to process refunds for purchases made through our retail partners.
